- Students have complete at least two years of full-time professional work in the industry after a university degree at the time of application.
- He/She must be proficient both in oral and written English communication skills.
- The applicant must be under 35 years old at the time of application. Only In exceptional cases, relaxation is given only in some special programs for senior officials and managers, at the age limit is 45 years.
- Medically fit.
