Eligibility
- Eligible Countries: Students from Latin America are eligible to apply.
- Eligible Course or Subjects: Students can apply for any Architecture, Art, Aviation, Biomedical sciences, Building Business, Communication, Design, Education, Engineering, Environment, Fashion, Health Information technology, Law, Media, Property, Psychology, Science Social, and Community offered at the RMIT University.
- Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following/given criteria:
- Be a citizen of Cambodia, China (excl SARs), Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, or any citizen if applying from Australia
- Be applying from Cambodia, China (excl SARs), Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam or Australia (onshore)
- Be an international student holding a valid student visa or plan to apply for a student visa before the program commencement
- Have existing offer letter (full or conditional offer) and be commencing student in July 2024 intake in any stream of Foundation Studies program
- Submit Expression of Interest (EOI)
- Not be an existing Foundation Studies student

How to Apply
- How to Apply: To apply for the scholarship:
- Select an eligible program
- Apply to study at RMIT
- Submit Expression of Interest (EOI)
- If you are successful, you will receive an offer letter with the scholarship details outlined.
- Supporting Documents: The students are required to present the following documents to the university:
- Copy of your passport (if available)
- English translations of all documents
- Syllabus (if applying for credit)
- Resume or curriculum vitae (CV)
- Personal statement
- References from employers
- Letter from the scholarship provider
- Documentation relating to selection tasks (if applicable). Pre-selection kits, folios, etc, are required by some programs.
- Research proposal with two research supervisors’ names and a list of prior research publications (for Master by research and PhD program applications only).
- Admission Requirements: The students are required to meet the entry requirements of the university.
Benefits
The RMIT University will award the selected international students a one-off scholarship amount of AU$ 5,000 towards the cost of their study program.
