Eligibility Criteria for Frostburg State University Scholarships:

Applicants must be enrolled or accepted for full-time enrollment at FSU. Undergraduate or graduate degree-seeking international students or FSU undergraduate or graduate degree-seeking students who have been approved by the Center for International Education to participate in a study abroad program may apply. International Fellows and Graduate Assistants are not eligible. The recipient(s) must have an overall grade point average of at least 2.5. Previous recipients may re-apply annually as long as he/she is eligible. Preference will be given to applicants having demonstrated financial need.
