The Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for International, European and Regulatory Procedural Law is thrilled to announce scholarships for foreign doctoral candidates to support their research stay at the Institute for up to six months.

This scholarship is open to doctoral candidates working within the Institute’s areas of research, namely the Department of European and Comparative Procedural Law, the Department of International Law and Dispute Resolution, or the Max Planck Fellowship Research Group, which focuses on the enforcement of European Financial Market Regulation.

The Max Planck Institute (MPI) Luxembourg for Procedural Law is a dynamic research institution that conducts multidisciplinary and collaborative research in international, European, comparative, and regulatory procedural law. It is one of five Max Planck Institutes outside of Germany, and the first to specialize on legal issues.

Benefits

  • The scholarship is paid in 1.500 euro monthly installments.
  • Those who are chosen will be assigned a workstation in the Institute’s reading room. They will be able to attend regular scientific activities hosted by the Institute and may have access to the Institute’s library.
